Amadeu Abril i Abril

Amadeu Abril I Abril teaches law at Ramon Llull University in Barcelona. His private practise covers contract, competition and IT law.

Amadeu was an ICANN Board (ICANN) member (nominated by the old DNSO, now the GNSO) from 1999 to 2003. He helped to found the Nominalia registrar and the CORE group. He is now involved with puntCAT, the .CAT operator, and PIR, who run .ORG.

He speaks Catalan, Spanish, French, English and Italian.
