Doc is a co founder of The Name Cartel, an international domain industry think tank and co- founder of Domainers Equity Corp, a private company developing financial programs for domainers & webmasters.
Doc is a large trader of .coms and the top private broker of alternative extension url domains (10 thousand + for himself and others) in the domain secondary market. Considered as one of the "White Hats" in the Internet/Domain industry, Doc has credentials in three additional markets, the Financial industry, the Real Estate industry and the Motor Sports industry.
As the owner of a commercial real estate brokerage, Doc offered properties to investors and consulting services to some of the largest real estate development syndicators. He was elected to the Board of Governors of the Real Estate Securities and Syndications Institute (RESSI) a division of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and was one of the first registered Direct Participation Program Principals by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
In addition to working as a licensed trader of both stocks and bonds on Wall Street, Doc performed research as an analyst of distressed securities in large Multi $Billion dollar corporate cases. Including having acted as a Registered Investment Advisor, he has carried several professional securities industry registrations, affiliations and memberships from the NYSE, NASD, OCC, CBOE etc. He has continually been sought out as a consultant in product or service B2B development and B2C market planning for some of the top brokerages, investment banks, and the gov such as E.F. Hutton, Shearson Lehman, Merrill Lynch, Bache, Craig Hallum, Prudential Securities and the Department of Commerce.
Doc also enjoys the Motor Sports industry. Before and after serving as a Medic in the Army, Doc was the youngest (at 17) tech inspector on the National Hod Rod Association circuit. His 1967 GTO held a NHRA drag strip national record. 1967 was also the first year Doc fell in love with motorcycles. He has been awarded a life membership to Milford & Company, one of the oldest motorcycle clubs in the nation. Word has it that Doc is working on a plan to take over the Motorcycle niche market on the Web. We wouldn't bet against him.
