Elaine Pruis

Elaine works with the Council of Country Code Administrators (CoCCA). Her role includes customer service for registrars, registrants, and she helps CoCCA registry operators when they run into problems. Teaching new members the CoCCA Registry system is one of her favorite activities. As one of the first to see an AUP complaint she directs the complainant through the Complaint Resolution process and makes sure the registry operators are aware of the situation. Elaine's editing skills have mistakenly earned her the reputation of having an degree in English, when in fact she was educated at Michigan Technological University www.mtu.edu.

In her free time Elaine enjoys mountaineering and triathlon training.
