How can I move an icon from my desktop to the toolbar?

follow these steps....

1. Right Click on that shortcut icon in desktop and click on 'Cut'

2. This step is a bit hard...but quick if you succeed.....right click on an empty area on ]Quick Launch Toolbar'(try just at the right end) and click on 'Open Folder'

3. In that opened folder...just right click on any empty space and click on 'Paste'
