Talk:Domain Parking

I have a question about parked domains. I own a number of great domain names which I reserved years ago thru Network Solutions.

I pay the customary annual fee to Network Solutions for the domain name, and additionally, for some of these domains, I have also paid for a one page web site.

Due to time constraints, I never seem able to put up the one page web site (shame on me!).

So here is the question: In the case where I not only own the domain name, but also have paid for the use of a one page web site, does Network Solutions have the authority to monetize MY domain traffic with Google. They have been doing this with many of my domains for years. Do they have the legal right to do this?

Where are the lawyers when you need them? I have been thinking about this issue for a long time now, but never knew who to address it to. Any comments or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
