I would like some discussion on the following limitation:
Inappropriate postings include:
- Discussion of subjects unrelated to ICANN policy, meetings, activities, or technical concerns,
I need better understanding on what this in fact is intended to limit. I would like there to be freedom to discuss coordination around matters deemed relevant to the NARALO - especially matters that may shape what determines what ICANN policy scope embraces and excludes.... i.e. whether at times it is in NARALO interest and the interest of the various interests of At Large population to raise those questions or to consider addressing a communication or action towards parties other than ICANN who may have bearing on this.
