A British-born gas-bag that rose thru the California State academic systems in IT roles before retiring and collecting an ICANN bonus on top of his retirement in Palm Springs, hundreds of miles from the ICANN offices he rarely saw. Notable for demanding $60,000 in "Vacation Pay" after leaving ICANN and years of being on vacation there.

He did his job of making sure ICANN did not accomplish much, while giving the illusion of "working hard" on all of the tasks, which could never be articulated.
