Arky works at Mozilla, and is currently based in Hanoi, Vietnam.[1] His responsibilities include localization coordination and IDN support. He is also the ICT Advisor at the Vietnamese Union of Friendship Organisation (VUFO)-NGO Resource Centre,[2] and a NIXI fellow.[3]
Arky is a retired systems administrator who participates in the development of a variety of open source software, and is interested in bridging the gap between the hacker and business spheres of the Internet. More generally, Arky leads a nomadic lifestyle and enjoys finding exotic food, including insects, and craft beer along his travels.[4]
