Atef Loukil is the Senior Engineer serving as Head of the NIC and LIR departments at the Tunisian Internet Agency, ATI.[1] His specialties include Unix / Linux administration, core network services, open source software, project management, software engineering, database design, policy settlement, and implementation. [2]
Atef Loukil is a graduate of Computer Science and Engineering (1998-2001) from the Université de La Manouba. He is an active member of different internet related national and international orgnizations such as ICANN, (ISOC), Tunisian engineers, CERT-AFRICA, the Africa ICT Network. He regularly represents the domain industry of Tunisia and Africa at their conferences. [3]
