Balbine Manga is an ICT Lawyer at Manga and Partners.[1] She has been member of the Cameroon Bar since 1999.[2]
Balbine attended ICANN Senegal[3] and is involved with AfriNIC and OIF.[4] Following ICANN Senegal, she attended ERSUMA, a regional law meeting held by an african magistrate law school in N'Djiamena, Chad, and then attended AfriNIC 15 in Yaoundé, Cameroon.[5]
