Dotty Sparks de Blanc is the President of COBEX International Inc.[1] She has also been a member of ICANN's ccNSO Council since 2004.[2][3] Her current term as a councillor is to last from March 2011 until March 2014.[4]
Ms. Sparks has also worked at the .vi registry with Eberhard Lisse.[5]
