Frederic Teboul works in the Internet Industry and with ICANN organizations.
He was the Manager of At-Large Regional Affairs at ICANN; he left ICANN in October, 2008.[1]
Mr. Teboul started his career in the French Foreign Service in 1997. After which he joined several United Nations' Organizations from 2000 to 2005.
Education
He holds a PhD in Social Sciences, an MA in Political Science and an Executive MBA.[2]
