Gilbert Ramsay is a Teaching Assistant at the University of St. Andrews.[1] He worked with the United Nations Counter Terrorism Implementation Task Force Working Group on Countering Use of the Internet for Terrorist Purposes.
He completed his education at the University of Oxford and the University of St. Andrews.
