Natalia Enciso Benítez is a Lawyer and Public Notary. She is involved in ICANN At-Large activities, and is a member of LACRALO. She is a published author with regards to Internet Governance and ICT Policy Issues. One of her papers was published in DiploFoundation's Book of Abstracts, which presents some of the best research work of some of participants of the 2010/2011 educational and research program. She is an alumna of the Foundation's Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme.

She was an ICANN Fellow at ICANN 37 in Nairobi.
