Ruddy Medina is the head of the Intellectual Property Department at Iriarte & Asociados. He specializes in Intellectual Property, Licensing Law, Patents, Trade Secrets, Trademark and Intellectual property issues at the Academy of WIPO.[1] He is also a consultant to the ALFA REDI NGOs, a nonprofit institution dedicated to the study of Political Information Society and Information Law.[2]
Mr. Medina is a member of ISOC Peru.[3]
Career History
At the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property Protection (INDECOPI), Ruddy was an Assistant of the Multisectoral Commission of Domain Names for Peru's ccTLD, .pe, as well as a Junior Legal Assistant, Office of distinctive signs of the institution.[4]
Ruddy has been an assistant to the Director at REDIALFA NGOs. He was a member of ICANN's LACRALO.[5]
Education
He has studied law from the National University of San Marcos.
