Victor Ndonnang is and IT Consultant at NV Consulting, an IT company from Cameroon. He is a reknown Internet Governance Activist and leader in the field of Cameroon. He is the Founder and Secretary General of the Cameroon Chapter of ISOC. Victor was an ICANN Fellow at ICANN Dakar, and ICANN 45 in Toronto.

Victor Ndonnang studied at Lycée de Dschang (1990) and Ditof Internet Institute (1998). He is a graduate of Mathematics (1997) from The University of Yaounde.

• He was the IT Manager of Excellence Plus from December 2000 to May 2003.
