Paul Verhoef has been working for the European Commission in various capacities for more than 10 years. Most recently he has been with the DG Information Society in Brussels. Here, he directs a team working with international policies in telecommunications, Internet, e-commerce, and the Information Society.

Education
He received a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Eindhoven, which is located in the Netherlands.
