Ms Sinclair has been involved in high-level management within the telecom industry throughout her career. At Telecom Australia, she held the title of Manager of Commercial Operations and National General Manager. In 1993 she moved to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation as Director in the Strategic Development division. She finished three years later, in 1996.
In 2001, Rosemary became Managing Director at the Sydney-based, [[Australian Telecommunications User Group]].
