Tatiana Khramtsova is the International Operations & Project Manager at RU-CENTER, which is ICANN-accredited Registrar in Russia.[1]
Khramtsova graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute with the specialty of Engineer-physicist. In 2006, she worked as an Aviation Security Manager at Istline Aviation Security. She completed her post-graduate studies at Russia's National Research Nuclear University in 2007.[2]
She started her career in the RU-CENTER as a Customer Service Expert before passing into the project department, where she works today, engaged in the development of services for the gTLDs and foreign ccTLDs registration. In 2009, Tatiana became the RU-CENTER Representative at the ICANN Registrar Constituency and a number of Working Groups. Today she is supervising a number of leading RU-CENTER projects within the New gTLD Program.[3]
