Michel Tchonhng (Linze) has been the Coordinator General at CAAPDA since 1999.[1][2] CAPDA, the Consortium d'Appui aux Actions pour la Promotion et le Développement de l'Afrique, is an international NGO focused on ICT development, training, and global exchange in Cameroon and the rest of Africa, and France.
Mr. Tchonang is involved in ALAC activities.[3]
