Rohan Wadhwa is an associate at the Asia Pacific Institute for the Digital Economy (APIDE), a regional think tank based in Tokyo. He is currently completing his bachelor's degree in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Policy and Governance at Keio University in Japan. At APIDE, Wadhwa helped organize several programs and events focusing on both regional and global Internet policy issues.
