Marta Dias is the Legal Advisor at FCCN, which is a non-profit private organisation that plans, manages and operates RCTS (Science, Technology and Society Network), and the .pt domain registration service.[1]
She has worked at the administrative, financial, and legal departments of the Inspecção-Geral da Educação and of the Direcção-Geral das Autarquias Locais.[2]

Ms. Dias actively attends ICANN Meetings. She attended ICANN Seoul.[3] ICANN Mexico[4] ICANN Paris[5] ICANN Berlin.[6] ICANN Nairobi[7] and ICANN Cartegena.[8]
Education
She has a postgraduate diploma in Administrative and Juridical Sciences.
