Michael Leibrandt is the Deputy Head of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Labour Division of Germany.[1]

He was the German GAC Representative until 2006.[2]

He attends IGF[3] and ICANN Meetings,[4][5][6] and is a part of the ICANN Studienkreis.[7][8] Michael represented Germany at WSIS in 2005,[9] and also attended the Global Internet Governance Academic Network (GIGANET), where only 52 scholars were invited from 30 countries around the world to discuss a global research agenda on Internet Governance.[10]
