Jian Zhang is the Director of International Business and Policy Development department of CNNIC.[1] Ms. Zhang is also a member of the [[ccNSO] Council at ICANN. She is also on the board of the Asia Pacific Top Level Domain Association.[2]
She has held positions in companies like Nextel Communications, Cisco Systems, and others.
