Branislav Andjeliс́ is the Director of the Serbian National Register of Internet Domain Names (RNIDS); he has held the position since 2011. He is the previous Lead of the Development of the Information Society for the Serbian government (2001 - 2003). He was involved in the creation of RNIDS, though between 2003 an 2011 Mr. Andeliс́ was a crisis management consultant for dysfunctional organizations.

Mr. Andeliс́ is the representative to ICANN's ccNSO, and is currently involved in its Finance Working Group.[1]
