Luis Reina has worked at the Centro Nacional de Tecnologias de Information, located in Caracas, Venezuela; he was the manager of Telecommunications and Informatics. [1]
In 2007, Luis Reina participated at the National Meeting for SWL entrepreneurship as the representative and manager of the Telecommunications and Informatics at CNTI. At this conferences, he explained the progress achieved by the government regarding open standards and procedures.[2] He has represented CNTI at a variety of events.[3]
