Do I have to write a glossary article on [[CERT]]? Almost every country has its own CERT and article about first ever CERT already exists here as [[CERT/CC]].

And if I have to write a glossary article on it, then [[CERT]] and [[CSIRT]] are going to be the same according to [http://www.enisa.europa.eu/act/cert this]. So I would need another replacement.
