Brett Lewis is a partner in the firm of [[Lewis & Hand, LLP]] in Brooklyn, New York. Brett has represented complainants and respondents in numerous [[UDRP]] disputes, and is experienced representing clients in federal court in complaints regarding violations of the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act ([[ACPA]]). Brett also advises clients in issues involving various types of Internet and licensing agreements, as well as trademark and copyright infringement. Before founding Lewis & Hand, LLP, Brett worked as Associate General Counsel for [[Register.com]].
