Colin Oliver is currently retired from work. But he is working in international communications policy when he is at home.[1] He is assisting work of the International Telecommunication Union including a case study of broadband access in Australia and providing advice to Tonga on universal service policy. He was recalled briefly to the Department of Communications to assist in preparations for the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference.
