Miguel Ignacio Estrada is the General Manager of LACTLD (Association of Administrators of TLD from Latin America and the Caribbean) since 2017. During 2017 he acted as an Advisor for the Undersecretary of TIC Regulation of Argentina. From 2016 until 2017 he was the National Director of Internet Policy and Development. He also served as the Communications Manager at the Argentinian ccTLD operator, NIC Argentina, from 2012 until 2016.
He has been involved with ICANN through ISOC.[1]
