Wayne Reiher is the Director of ICT at the Ministry of Information, Communication, Transport and Tourism Development of the Government of Kiribati. Wayne is a member of the Kiribati Computer & Internet Society and Pacific Islands Chapter of the Internet Society (PICISOC).
