The Financial Evaluation Panel was tasked to assess every application and determine if the applicant is capable of maintaining the proposed operations of the new gTLD registry . The panel evaluated the application based on the relevant business, financial and organizational criteria set forth by the Applicant Guidebook. Financial review is performed during the initial evaluation and an extended evaluation will also conducted if necessary and if preferred by the applicant. Ernst & Young, JAS Global Advisors, and KPMG serve as members of the panel. They were selected by ICANN in November 2011.[1] [2]
