Stephen Miller is the Registrar Services Director within the Global Domains Division of ICANN. He is involved with ICANN's Registrar Stakeholder Group and ISOC. [1]

Career History

Prior to his position at ICANN, Mr. Miller worked for the U.S. Department of State for 22 years. His main focus was global internet and communications policy.
