Fathi Oussama has been the General Manager of NIC.EC since the beginning of 2016, where he is responsible for the company's overall management. At NIC.EC, he is challenged to retool the organization's offers and create new service lines, as well as position the brand and expand the use of its services, both internationally and within Ecuador. [1]

As of ICANN 55 in Marrakech, Morocco, Oussama had been to over ICANN Meetings, and she has also attended a CCWG engagement session.[1]
