Blumberg has been the co-owner and CTO of The Wire Inc. in Toronto, Canada, since 1999.
ICANN and Internet Governance Participation
Blumberg is the President and Chair of the Board of the Toronto Internet Exchange. He was on the Board and an Executive of the Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc. from 2010 to 2016.

Blumberg served on the ARIN Advisory Council from 2012 until his appointment to the NRO Number Council in August 2016. He served as Advisory Council Vice-Chair in 2015 and 2016. Kevin’s appointed term expires December 31, 2020.
