Carmen Denis is the Director of Internet Exchange Services Yucatan and has been since 2019. She is also a member of the board at LACNIC.[1]
Education
Denis has a degree in Computer Science from the Autonomous University of Yucatan (UADY). She has a Specialization in Technology Administration from UADY and a Master's Degree in Information Technology Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. She has a Diploma in Internet Governance from CETyS and an Executive Online Corporate Governance Program from Deloitte, Universidad Anáhuac and Escuela Bolsa Mexicana.
