Jian Zhang is the Director of International Business and Policy Development department of CNNIC.[1] Ms. Zhang is also a member of the ccNSO Council at ICANN; she holds one of the three positions filled by the NomCom, and her current term is to last until ICANN Senegal.[2]
She is also on the board of the Asia Pacific Top Level Domain Association.[3]
She has held positions in companies like Nextel Communications, Cisco Systems, and others.
