The applicants seeking the approval of the internet governing body for the inclusion of .box in the root zone of the domain name system (DNS) of the internet and to serve as registry operator include: [1]
- NS1 Limited, a company based in HongKong and its represented by Edmon Chung
- Amazon EU S.à r.l., the .box string is one of the 76 new gTLDs applied for by the compant through its office in Luxembourg with the help of Valideus, a domain name and IP consultancy firm.[2]
