Adam Eisner is Director of Domain Services for OpenSRS, the wholesale Internet services division of Tucows Inc.[1] He also serves on the Registrar Advisory Board for EURid.

He actively attends ICANN Meetings.[2]

Career History

He has been working with Tucows since 2005 and is responsible for the everyday operations and business planning for the company’s domains and SSL business lines. He started out as a Marketing and Web Analytics Specialist at Tucows in 2005. In 2006, he became the Product Marketing Manager. He was made the Product Manager in 2009 and then Director of Domain Services; the position in which he worked till March 2011.[3]

He has been working in the Internet industry for more than 10 years.[4] He has been a presenter at the Parallels Summit.[5] and a panelist for the Session Panelist for session, IMPLEMENTATION: Working with registrars at .nxt. In 2010, he gave a HostingCon presentation, “Differentiating Your Hosting Business in a Saturated Market,”.[6]

Mr. Eisner writer on the OpenSRS blog; which he often uses to publish reviews and discuss the ICANN meetings he attends, and also as a place to discuss tips for online success. He also writes on his personal blog

Education

He holds a degree in Journalism and another degree in Marketing Management; both from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.
