Alexander Panov is a Managing Partner of the Hosting Community Group and CEO of RU-CENTER, a Russian ICANN-accredited registrar.

In 2010 Panov became one of the Managing Partners of the Hosting Community Group, a company that unites a number of hosting providers and domain name registrars. Prior to joining the Hosting Community Group, he was CEO of Garant-Park-Telecom. Alexander originally joined Garant-Park-Telecom in 1995 as a Systems Engineer. He graduated from the Faculty of Physics in the Lomonosov Moscow State University. He received an MBA in 2010.

Panov is actively involved in ICANN meetings.[1]
