Alexander Panov, managing partner of the Hosting Community Group, CEO of RU-CENTER[1] registrar. He graduated from the Faculty of Physics in the Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 1995 he joined the company Garant-Park-Telecom, where he started working as a system engineer and after some time became a CEO of the company. In 2010 Alexander Panov became one of the managing partners of the Hosting Community Group - company that unites a number of hosting providers and domain name registrars. In 2010 Alexander Panov received the master's degree in MBA. Nowadays he is actively involved in ICANN meetings.
