Abdelaziz (Aziz) Hilali is a Professor at the Moroccan Telecommunications Graduate Institution (INPT) (www.inpt.ac.ma). He graduated from the University of Grenoble, where he earned a PhD in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics in 1987. Following his graduation, he has published a large number of scientific papers and given a substantial number of oral presentations at international meetings.
