Bonface Witaba is the Programmes Director for the Centre for Youth Empowerment & Leadership (Cyel).[1][2]
Witaba's first ICANN meeting was ICANN 49 in Singapore, where he was an ICANN Fellow. He is also involved in ISOC.[1]
