Brett E. Lewis has over a decade of experience in Internet law, trademarks and copyright law, domain name disputes and consulting, licensing and agreements[1], and litigation; he has also been invited to speak about, and published a number of articles, about domain name law.[2]

Brett Lewis is a partner at the firm of Lewis & Lin LLC in Brooklyn, New York. Brett has represented complainants and respondents in numerous UDRP disputes, and is experienced representing clients in federal court in complaints regarding violations of the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA). Brett also advises clients in issues involving various types of Internet and licensing agreements, as well as trademark and copyright infringement.
