Cathy Handley is the Executive Director of Goverment Affairs and Puiblic Policy at American Registry for Internet Numbers(ARIN).[1]
Previously, Cathy was the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration(NTIA), U.S Department of Commerce.[2]
