Cherine Chalaby is an expert in the field of banking and technology. At present, he is a Board Trustee at Facebook's Oversight Board.[1] He served on the ICANN Board of Directors. He was appointed by the Nominating Committee on December 10, 2010, and served until November 2019, ultimately as the Chairman.
