Ben Crawford represents the company in the different activities and conferences of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers. He was one of the experts who participated in ICANN's Ask the Experts Campaign. He talked about Product and Marketing. According to him, competition within the domain name industry is strong and TLD applicants need to have purchasing ability to be able to find the right service providers and negotiate the right contract. Entities who plans to sell domains need multi-channel sales and marketing skills.[5]
