Eduardo Mendez works as a Systems Administrator at Venezuela's Network Information Ceneter (Nic.ve), which is overssen by CONTATEL (Comisión Nacional de Telecomunicaciones de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela.).[1] He attended ICANN 43,[2] and he also participates in the activities of LACTLD and LACNIC. Mr. Mendez has a particular interest in the DNS and DNSSEC.[3]
