Evan Leibovitch is the Vice-Chair of At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) at ICANN, Open Source Architect at York University Co-Founder and Partner at Webwrote and Senior Consultant and Partner at Xunil Corporation.[1]

He has a post graduate degree in Journalism from Ryerson University and graduated from the York University.

Leibovitch has been working in the communication industry for more than 20 years. He has served as a writer and has work on the internet as well as in print.[2] Leibovitch's previous appointments include:
