Hans Petter Holen is Strategic advisor at Visma where he used to be the IT Director for 9 years . He is currently Chair of RIPE replacing Rob Blokzijl

Currently, he is also a Deputy Board member at Bøndenes Hus AS ^[2]. He also serves as a Board member at Visma Personnel AS and Active 24 AS

He was also a member at Norid (the Norwegian .no ccTLD) NORPOL from 2003 until 2013.

Life

Lives at Strømmen, just outside Oslo in Norway. Violist at University of Oslo Symphony Orchestra^[3] and plays the fiddle for folk-dancing.
